Why not set up a site with all the adult games incest/bestiality developers and create some paypal links on that, so we can support you guys! like setting up a site with Terebonkoff, Inceton, Isctor, Dark Silver, Lewdlab etc. and have the site in sections of the developers were you can support them by donating

Happy to found this thread. I'm planning a game and yes, incest should be a part of it. But the new rules on patreon with NO incest is a big hurdle.
If i create a game with a typical family like BB or Icstors Milfy City but i dont use the words "Family" "Sister" "Mom" "Dad" "Son", is this allowed? I mean everyone will know this is a family but i never use this words.

You should have default names for all of them. That way you can talk about these characters without mentioning any family ties.

DoD has been suspended and they changed their game so it's being unofficially patched now to restore incest. I guess they think it will be enough for Patreon. I doubt that as I think it's just a matter of time for them as well but who knows.

People here think there has to be other solution that will appear sooner than later as there is plenty of cash to make out of these games. But that's not necessary true as our market is really small and before Patreon we had many many years without any platform. I can't see a way for other platform to emerge unless Patreon will seriously ban adult game creators. That would made them look for alternative or leave game dev. No one wants to start anything from the scratch when they can earn some decent money on Patreon. Not to say that our market is really controversial with all these incest games so marketing-wise it's difficult for any site. I just hope new devs will stop with all these straightforward incest titles and settings as sooner or later Patreon might be even more annoyed by it harming whole market again.

People are lazy and porn addicts are probably among most lazy, so you need to make it extra easy for them if you want them to give you their money. There are many options. Best is probably bitcoin. And this forum and likes of it are good enough for marketing.

Bitcoin really isn't a "good solution" for most users. Especially lazy ones. It takes a bit of effort to get BC, set up a wallet, and so on and so forth.

Ah, I wasn't aware. I had followed Dark Silver's drama and Mr. Dots until finally reaching a point of apathy about the whole thing. Sorry to see another good game get steam rolled, but what can you really do?

Yeah DoD has been targeted pretty early. It was close to the first DMD suspension. Since BB suspension Patreon has made their policy even stricter so DMD has been banned even tho it has removed incest and BB didn't even have a chance to do so. They seem much more agressive since then so I think it's just a matter of time for bigger games like DoD that tries to play with Patreon with patches. At this point it's just much more safe to start projects without banned fetishes as dev can't afford being financially insecure. We need another platform but it might appear after years or not appear at all. Now the only question is if they will go after these games that use patches. If they will ban DoD or other known games for using unofficial patches it will be the end of this genre on Patreon I presume

The patch thing is such a sticky issue. It's easy to say they have no grounds, but realistically as a private entity, they can ban for any reason they want, even suspicion. So you're right, who the hell knows.

I know as a dev we are already actively thinking about what our alternative is should Patreon come after us. At the moment, we do not have any content that puts us on a radar. But we have to be prepared for the day they come out and say "No NSFW" content, period. I don't think that is in the near future, at least I hope not. But we are already exploring alternatives just in case. If our project ever got knocked down by Patreon, we want to know we have an contingency plan we can immediately put into place.

As far as getting credit card processes who will support porn, I mean there are plenty. For us it's a question of which is the best option.

To be honest If I was Patreon's CEO I would ban all these patched games sooner than later. Marketing is important and honestly these patches are just making idiots out of Patreon's staff. If you're looking for an incest titles it still leads to Patreon. But for us such a hit would be incredibly painful. For now only DMD got hit for patch and it had it inside of its code. If other games like DoD will go down our forum will become much more interesting in all threads. I'm sure that Sin would start another project just to stay on Patreon as without it devs are nothing. At this point I think that only forceful removal of all adult game developers from Patreon would make a chance for a new platform. Even the biggest would have to start from the scratch but without Patreon they would have no choice. I'm honestly curious how our market will look like after 5 years.

Was just playing this and can never find the MC Pill. Tried the codes to add it to inventory and it comes up with an error, so they remove that as well? Means some achievements in the list can never be completed.
