I disagree. If it looks walks (waddles?) talks (quacks) like a duck it's a duck. I think what we've seen is the potential (if you go that route) softening of Felicia as she gets to know and care about the MC and the further corruption of Rose.
It's an age old trope that actually has some basis in reality. People can change for better or worse as time goes by and they experience good and bad things.

I haven't played since I got together with Hana. I'm wondering if I should just make a save where I keep things casual and a save where I stay faithful, or if I should also make one where I cheat on Hana, in case the repercussions aren't that bad.
