True it is a grey area. But it could also be argued that "becoming friendly" with Feli is also club business because it motivates her to stay in the competition. I understood the agreement with Hana that stuff at the club specifically at the challenge weekends is the exception.
The agreement with Hana on the GF path is not limited to the PC weekends, but all Club business, since both our MC and Hana know the club can intrude during the week also. It hinges very much on the intention behind if events are counted as cheating. The threesome with Rosi falls surely more towards club business, but I would not be surprised if it counts towards cheating. Also what happens with Feli and Lucy (as long as it keeps to the kiss from Lucy in her case) at the art exhibition should count as Club business. But what happens with Felicia at her hideout is heavily insinuated as the two falling for each other.

More or less this. The threesome with Rose IS the Club business; it was the price Ian requested for clearing Rose's short-term debts. By contrast, to the extent Felicia's date is Club business, it's entirely in escorting her to the art show; you don't *need* to sleep with her afterwards to accomplish that, hence doing so represents the MC cheating.
My guess is that Hana will eventually comment on the threesome with Rose once she learns of it. While I doubt she'll be happy, she'll probably roll with it so long as the MC treats it as a rare exception. If the MC tries to shut down her concerns or keeps doing that kind of thing, however, that's when the gloves might come off.
As for why it doesn't count as 'cheating,' from what TD said it sounds like the cheating counter is more about how blasé the MC is when it comes to Hana than it some sort of doomsday counter for the relationship. Given that, I can see why Rose's threesome wouldn't count: the MC sees it as a pre-existing commitment rather than a conscious decision to bend the newly minted rules.

Does anyone have any info or suspicions about future developments for MC/Mina/Hana routes ? I get the impression that outside of a possible threesome with Hana and Mina, we shouldn't expect much else, and perhaps only with the prerequisite of having a non-exclusive or sex friend relationship with Hana.
