Was January his last batch or there were others? I know this artist has a crazy schedule, but this seems strange even for him, one year is quite a hiatus for an artist, people are freaking out because dandonfuga vanished for a few months.
Nopeys quit making R34 content in April. Just selling SFW on their website now. Probably trying to pivot to becoming a "real' artist.

Whatever "real" might mean. Quite a shame, I was a fan of both his SFW and NSFW work, but I kind of understand someone wouldn't want to do It for their whole life. I just don't think he will find much success outside our little R34 underworld, the meta these days is boring stuff like background design for sites or marketing campaigns, just a few lucky ones get something exciting like being a concept artist for gaming studios or movie productions, book he maybe get some book covers or things like that. I wish him the best luck of course, but I wouldn't drop a more or less consistent source of income to go after an already saturated marketplace.

Not only that, but the marketplace he going toward will consider him to be way too expansive. Which is why we getting alot of CalArt shit because it cheap and quick to make. So I rather him to just build his niche into a franchise. Then abandon it for some other area that will likely won't hired him for good pay.
