RPGM - No Escape: Game Edition! [v0.29.5] [Scriptor]

Overall, this is a pretty ok game with some really hot scenes (especially if you're into the latex bondage themes), but is unfortunately on a godawful platform. Even a half decent renpy port would definitely get 5 stars.

Sadly this game is poor. Mainly because of the game mechanics, the Fail-State Game mechanic is just dumb. You go into a Game Over or a state you cannot exit (escape) from so SAVE often. The concept of entering a VR world is extremely interesting and a really good concept. They could easily have given us much deeper worlds but so far each world feels very shallow.

The Fetishes or should I say the FETISH as there really is only one fully explored and if you like Rubber bondage and just can't get enough of it you may love this title .

Corruption....You sort of can let your MC be corrupted but you are headed for a Fail-State and a save reload.

The game never crashed and everything worked fine but the mechanics royally suck. Also This is a FEMDOM title I saw exactly one dick in an oral scene and no fucking so this title in my opinion is very Lesbian Friendly.

Good:
- fairly cohesive story
- lots of paths/game ender scenes that have had thought put into them
- detailed renders
- warnings before scenes that can lead to a game over

Bad:
- made for very specific fetishes (magical bondage/restraint lesbian femdom) that repeat with minor variations (good if they are yours)
- unclear consequences. You can lock out certain paths quite easily

Ugly:
- very linear, with large maps and lots of walking required. The RPGM engine is the wrong choice for this kind of gameplay. A VN would be much better

This game has basically only one kink, and if this is your kink, you're golden. It is, as succinctly as I can put it:

"Femdom Latex Immobility Bad-End Bondage"

This is both good, because if this exactly is your kink, then there probably isn't a better game for you out there. It's also bad, because this hyperspecific fetish is basically all that is featured with only minor deviations into adjacent kinks.

Like, there is basically zero "male" content and almost no content featuring a penis in this game. Every single H-scene is about the protagonist (or some other woman) getting put (permanently) into a shiny constrictive contraption of some sort.

From a gameplay perspective, this is about as decent as RPGM gets. Nothing special, but it's all executed tightly, and while it is rather linear, it still manages to avoid feeling like a pure VN. It all works.

Render-wise, they are high-quality and mesh with the RPGM world well. Only disadvantage is that, as is the bane of all 3DCG games, all the female characters end up looking rather samey with their big-titted supermodel bombshell looks, but that's just the price of 3DCG I guess.

It took me about 7 hours to nearly 100% the game in the "combat" path, which once you crack gain a snowballing level advantage on the enemies, becomes quite easy.

3 stars because this isn't my kink, but still overall decent.

This is the single RPGM game that I really like.
Usually adult games running on this engine bore me to death. Not this one.

1. No Escape is heavy on bondage and latex fetish, its writing is competent and unlike many other adult games it doesn't start or becomes a borefest, in fact it manages to excite since the start.

2. RPGM games usually ruin everything with uninspired levels, making the player lose itself in pointless grind or unrelated to the story gameplay. NOT HERE as the rpgm gameplay actually serves to enrich the story and the atmosphere.

3. The lewd scenes are arousing and I found myself exploring every route and every "fail state" (these are bad ends) I could find.

Now to expose some of its problems:

1. At certain points when the heroine jumps into lewd/sub stuff she's way too eager for it, thus her tone shift is too noticeable. Maybe some more scenes and choices should be added at those points so that the tone change seems more natural?

2. The Cyberpunk level and characters are not cyberpunky enough imo.

3. The 3dcg renders are good in general, there's some attention to detail in costumes and such and even if I personally dislike big tits they still don't look as bad as in other games that use 3dcg renders. What I found lacking were the lips on those models. They're mostly bad and the mouth shape during some (crazed) expressions is not at all aesthetically pleasing.

Well, I still give it 5/5 as the problems I've seen in it pale (heavily) in comparison with the good stuff.

Sometimes it is not very clear how to continue and you can miss some ending, but normally it is easy to follow.
It has a lot of endings and animations and it's funny game.
I don't like that you can't unlock all the endings.

There were so many moments were I didn´t know what I should do or had to reload because I got stuck, I hate that such a good concept is wraped inside this unplayable gameplay, this would be a lot better as a VN or atleast without puzzles/combat.

This game promise very much. Deep dialogue, awesome images and very good gameplay. Will like to see some sock gag and feet interaction with bondage. But this game is perfect and many scenarios with it. 10/10

the fighting mechanics aren't well implemented but despite everything... that's okay, I'm glad the author focused on what he's good at.
The scenes, the endings, the care of the characters that sometimes seem almost wasted and indeed deserve to be NPCs of some RPG or MMO manage to acquire an individuality, not to mention the commitment in the work of bitchcification and compression and bondage of superfluous body parts for a more useful pillow it is decidedly triple H.

Excellent bondage game - one of the very few to focus on this kink so heavily, and easily one of the best. The renders are beautiful and the scenes are generously distributed, to the point that when you go to the recollection room you will be shocked just how many you missed.

This game does focus quite heavily on encasement bondage (stuff like gimp suits and vacbeds), but there's enough lighter bondage in the game that I (someone who doesn't care for encasement at all) still found plenty of satisfaction from it. You do have to be interested in bondage to enjoy this, but provided you are, you will probably be into it even if the screenshots make you unsure. It also gives you the opportunity to play as a resistant brat (my favorite) or as a slutty sub, with these choices leading to different outcomes and unique scenes. Very cool. And obligatory shoutout to my favorite mechanic - battle restraint. Enemies will restrain you in combat, with each enemy having multiple unique restraints they can apply - something I haven't seen before from any game.

The gameplay is nothing to write home about; very straightforward and pretty tough to fail unless you're trying. That being said, there is just enough non linearity to keep things fairly engaging, and the game is very good about always having something new - a new enemy or new scene offering of some kind - so things feel fresh even though the gameplay is very meh.

The setting is also excellent. In a nutshell, you have to explore six different virtual reality worlds and get past the final boss in each one. This provides an excellent excuse for the game to throw an awesome variety of enemies, biomes, and kinky situations at you without being tied down to anything in particular for too long.

As for content - I'm reviewing the 0.25 version, in which 2 of the 6 areas are finished. I have to say, however, seems to me the odds of the developer burning out and never finishing the game are actually pretty high, since the degree of quality and amount of work are also high, and let's be honest, an abandoned H-game is almost more expected at this point than seeing it completed.

But I very much hope it is completed, and I will be happy to purchase this game in the future.

Super cute, and almost exclusively gay outside of a handful of scenes with dudes. The VR setting also gives lots of room to explore fun and unique places. Lots of different, and similar, bondage setups so you get a really nice mix of light bondage to extreme bondage.

There's a bunch of trust mechanics between you and important NPCs, as well as some really cute servitude sections that have you doing tasks while in bondage.

The game's not too challenging, so getting into sticky situations really has to be up to you. Which is also cute, because the entire game's about your character trying to avoid getting mindfucked. So after playing for a while, maybe you'll feel more inclined to choose the pink routes.

Too often are adult games just consisted of a passable loot with porn scenes in between. It is rare to find a game where the mechanics actually complement the fantasy (as a servant, you actually do the serving, instead of just being told you did it) without degenerating into a frustrating grindy mess. Combine this with all the pretty outfits and gear and you've got a rare gem on your hands.

A pretty competently-made RPG with an encasement theme. Right off the bat, it's worth noting that this focus on encasement is going to put a lot of players off. Think the MC looks pretty and you want to see her naked in a lot of sexual situations? Well, too bad because most of the content has her in bulky bondage suits, sometimes covered from head to toe. Because that's what the game is about.

- The dialogue system could use a couple of quality-of-life improvements: the option for instant text, and abbreviated interactions, especially for doctor NPCs and repeated jobs.

- RNG in combat can be annoying, though thankfully the combat is on the easy side.


+ If you like bondage-based bad ends, this is the game for you. Some are even playable.

+ Multiple ways to get past major obstacles and threats. There are many choices where the MC can be submissive or resistant, and you're rarely locked into one or the other.

+ The writing is more than competent by smut-game standards, and an asset to the game's sexual content.


= The gameplay is pretty lightweight, which can be good or bad depending on your priorities.

= Aside from the encasement themes, it's a rather female-focused game. There's only a little F/M content.

= The game has a few riddles, including one that's apparently needed to avoid one of the bad ends and make progress. And yeah, you have to use the RPGM controls to input your answer.

I don't know how to write the evaluation, because it is a very good game, I'm looking forward to the follow-up story content for the game.
In addition, I want to be able to add some more ending, such as exit after the end of the virtual world and so on.
As well as increase such as the ballet boots, or other menu items, after all, these are very creative design.

Amazing game! Lots of latex, and some bad end scenes are a little playable, so you don't get an insta-end the moment you lose. The bondage and latex are great in it, and any fan of confinement games should give this a try.

Honestly a great game that provides content for a fetish that has relatively little content for it.

+ great art
+ good writing
+ great fetish/porn stuff
+/- all the porn except 1 minor thing and 1 bad end is FF. A positive for me but possibly a turn off for others
+/- don't actually have to do much 'gaming' to get to story and porn stuff, most of the fights can be avoided (I only had to win one to complete the content. I got into others to purposefully lose to get the bad ends). This is a positive for me since I'm here for porn and fetish stuff - grinding and optimizing equipment isn't why I'm playing a porn game.
- not much the developer can do about this one, but I play on my phone through JoiPlay so anybody else who does that be warned that your battery is gonna die fast

One of the better games on the site.

Pro:
Good gameplay, reasonably good writing, high quality renders.

Cons:
Not much nudity (frequently obscured by clothing)
Likewise, not much visible penetration - usually implied only.
Some of the NPCs have grins which are not erotic
You spend much of the game in a big outfit which doesn't show any skin.
Sometimes your character has toys inside you but you can't see anything.

Would be a lot better if many of the outfits were transparent or translucent, and didn't cover breasts, butts or vaginas.

This is such amazing content... Waiting eagerly for the next updates. I come here daily to check. The first part was lit... a lot of new and unique ideas are incorporated into it... Do check it out if you love slavery, domination and other kinky stuff..

Great concept good execution , simple non repetitive but repeatable game-play with Bad Ends which are both submissive and defiant for most enemies (0.17.1), looking forward to seeing the second world next year!
