I've recently been trying to remember the name of a game I used to be interested in.
Right off the start your female protagonist appears inside a temple and is brought before the head of the order, after a short discussion you go and pick up your gear. Back then basically all the content was the option to look for tiny amulets and eventually being let into the jail full of barbarians and tiny monsters with whom the protagonist could have sex. There were a couple scenarios you could watch and an attempt at an adventure mode where a giant black monster chased you around.
