What is the difference between .7 and complete set of Act 1?

The difference is Act 1 is the first part of the game.
The .7 is the second act of the game.

In act 1 you play the first part of the game. In the 0.7 the second part of the game. The two part are separated.

Act 2 => V0.6 until ....

So 0.7 => ACT 2 it's after the ACT 1 game
