Since there's slot machines too :). Plus hornet pub has been in the game for quite some time, and he added mall only in this update. Have you continued doing Jet's quest already? :)

1. Are there missables in this?

2. Can I just play casually, or should I utilize the walkthrough for every decision and time management section?

3. Is cheating pretty much required in this game? I'm sure you can do it without cheating, but is the grind just a mindless waste of time? (Like the old Big Brother, or Superpowered)

You should follow Main quest walkthrough v1.9 at OP page (at least to follow the first chapters on maria's quest that you have to complete before a certain number of days pass) (DO NOT FOLLOW THE WALKTHROUGH THAT COMES WITH THE PACKAGE OF THE GAME as will get you into some tricky bugs!) after that you can play more freely (but is advisable to check the walkthrough to avoid some bugs and some scenes you have to play before starting other quests) and also it is advisable to save frequently and in different slots as you probably will hit some bugs)
There are a few scenes that you can miss choosing one path over another (and in next updates as siding with different gangs will have exclusive scenes this will have more importance) there arent too many missables I can think of (maybe a pic or a scene) --> (complete daisies and beth reccess quests first) (visiting markus at his home after you see him at school

Could you please tell me when can I officially get a car? To continue I must have a car with me to take Laura to an Interview. Although I have a car but Laura is not waiting for me in front of Garage. Do I have to do any other quest before this?

You must go to golden town to buy a car, you can buy at any point of the game (you can access goldentown leaving east town from the eastern side of the map)

People help, i have found Marie Williams (for the paparazzi quest first job) standing near the bar in the New Neighborhood, i dont understand how can i take a pictire of her? When i pressing enter on her it says that she is Marie Williams, she is totally drunk. This is emberassing situation.

I did finish doing the paparazi job and jet's quest already, quite frustrated with the amount of new content with jet (4 new scenes), currently stuck with the alison's quest. Have you finished alison's quest already btw?
