VN Ren'Py Music. Views and sources?

Chaps, a humble request for some help.

So I've finished the first chapter of this Renpy VN I'm putting together and, bar from triple checking for bugs, all I need now is some music and it's all done. So..huzzah?

The problem is I seem to get drowned by Google in crappy sites when I look for some.

Two questions!

Firstly, how important is music to you in a game (I confess I always play with the sound off)?

Secondly, anyone any ideas where I can get/buy some decent sci-fi appropriate music?

I think music done well can add to the atmosphere of a game.

Sadly, I've the budget of a churchmouse whose spouse has run off with their savings at the mo! But who knows!
