Hi sorry to ask this, but do the walk mod work also with the incest patch? Just to understand it.

Yes, the incest patch works with or without the Mod and vice versa.
The Mod includes the incest patch. If you do not want to play the game incestuously with Liz or Kate, install the Mod but delete the patch.rpyc file from the game folder in your MurMur installation and start a new game.

Hi, first of all Thanks for making this Mod. I would like to know if its Compatible with saves made with IamAB´s prior Mod?

The Mod is made for the post-remake version. Furthermore, the Mod is developed from scratch, I did not take into account the Mod made by IamAB (the truth is that I did not even notice, now that I read your comment I reviewed and discovered AB's Mod).
I didn't try it but I doubt it is compatible with the previous version.

I was able to load a save i made with the other mod a couple versions back, so far i had no issues.
