So, do i need to go throught island 1st? Does it opens anything in normal game? Or its just ... extra place with extra content and it doesnt rly add anything to normal game. Im asking becouse i did quite a lot of grinding and after island its all lost and i wonder if i should load game from before island or just grind it all again.

At current time the island is a stand alone thing. What you do prior have no effect and the island got no effect on what you do after.
I think there is plans to tie it together so it will in future release. So I suggest you do the normal game. And then the island after, or do the island and the normal after. If you haven't done the normal game before, focus on it and then wait with the island, maybe by the time you do the island its tied together in a future version.
Suggestion to everyone really, if you haven't played it before, do not bother with download 100% saves and such because a lot of the content is in the journey, not the destination. If you feel the grind is to much, cheat on money and skills, but imho don't bother cheat on relations with npc's and such it kinda defeat the purpose of playing the game, and you could just as well look into the assets folder and just browse the clips in there to get your rocks off.

i know its a simple job but i get an error which is all in russian even after i copy the menu pack and qsp file .
can i get a link to an already english version of game? not the russian one

I think players would like a better English for current game rather than a conversion to 3d. But if you plan on make a new game, sure why not 3d and use renpy or something. Using clips and such from real movies, maybe make it seems a bit more real, but also lose a bit imersion. (leave little to own imagination).

when I come back from vacation with the mother, every stat, friendship and depravity level goes back to what is it was from the start.. is there something I missed?

For one failed to read multple posts about it further up in the thread, anyways. Island is a stand a lone story (for now). when you return back from the Island all is reset back to START. So make sure you have your old saves tucked away for the core game.

To be frank -- real actors/actress are the main selling point of this game...
It looks like nowadays every 10 year old is producing 3d-pr0n games with same recycled models and locations.
Nothing against it if it is good, but there are a lot of people that are looking for the real stuff (even if it is harder to develop --- countless hours of material to check, select scenes edit them etc.).

Can't you just downplay the obvious "incest" content, and unlock it through a patch or code or something. And yeah as for copyright content. Watch out for agents from San Fernando Valley

What about a patch that won't be referenced anywhere on the patreon site....
And won't be produced under your name/nickname.
Coming from others they cannot just cross-reference it and say that you've violated the rules?
To develop a simple check where it is enough to put an empty file and name it correctly --- similar to eek's house party for the uncensor patch.

If it's a QSP game, just submit a .qsp there that changes the relationships. Say, you made one and somebody got it (thieving pirates!) and they posted that qsp there? That way, you won't get in trouble with Patreon. On non-patreon linked forums, just say "Go here for the patch." Word will spread.
