I assume you're referring to Celia as this is now V0.5c and that there's been "great strides made" within the story-line since then.
Celia has been lined up to be in V0.6, along with Caroline, and V0.6 will be released early next year, hopefully around Feb/Mar [dependent on when Icstor is back off his break and hopefully has it made/tested and released] so you should see Celia then.

If I tried to defend Linda, I would tell here to shut the fuck up, do NOT come in contact with the press, cut down any comunication with her son and all social media and be ready for the absolute worst.
