I think you mean the incest patch? If the RAR says "(extra)" in the file name, then you have everything you need. Just extract the archive to its own folder.
If you're talking about the incest patch (mapping.xml), just overwrite the original file.
what is that patch i just downloaded that is below the link on the incest patch at the first post?

The modified version of the mapping file goes into the same folder where the executable is (man of the house.exe).

That's not a patch. That's just the CG RIP, which are the game's images (CG is short for Computer Graphic) and it's there for anyone who wants to see the game's content without playing it, that's why it's an extra.

The CG rips are just images taken from the game. They're the exact same scenes/images that you'll see during your game play. They don't do anything to enhance the game in any way.

0.86 was the Christmas edition and is a stand alone and not part of the main storyline why would you need a save for that heres all you need to do
