i am guessing its either a unity or a unreal .. no matter what someone tells u .. a non AAA game should not be using 16 gig of mem as recommended requirements . i mean fucking DOOM recommends 8 gig . U can always optimise the game engine to use less memory. I dont know ... maybe they are using some ultra high lighting or somekind of graphic presets

I'll point you to a game by an indie studio called Kingdom Come Deliverance which also has 18gig ram recommended.
Jurassic World Evolution, a theme park builder, has 12 gig ram recommended.
PUBG, 156 gig ram recommended.
Gotta love armchair devs that "think" they know something because they once played a game.

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs requires 4 gigs. The Witcher 3 only recommends 8 gigs. Poor optimization shouldn't be defended.
That said I might give this game a try simply because there are not enough first-person games ero games. Does it have a 3D option?
This ain't a porn game, it may be erotic but it isn't porn and definitely not fappable (then again you can fap to anything if you put your mind to it). Take this into consideration if your deciding whether or not to download this.

If downloaded through torrent, right click and mount it to what ever letter after the ones you have. Listen to the epic music because you have to, no exceptions... If you did the everything right it successfully installed. Make sure you click finish (rip music...). Double click options and make sure everything is on the highest setting. Turn of 30 fps because that shit sux. I upped the mouse sensitivity and the SSAO but that is up to you. Also brightness might need to be changed depending on if you use a TV or a PC monitor. I just got Agony from steam and this looks a lot better imo. Good luck and have fun.~ ^.~
