Seeking Looking for life sim where you can do mostly everything.

I know that the title don’t really helps but I’m looking for something like LifePlay where you can do more stuff and stuff that is more questionable.
(questionable=stuff like rape, drug abuse, whoring stuff like that)
I don’t know if games like these even exist. If no it is ok I will just stick with highly moddet sims 4.
