As of 1.82, this is very promising. Not an epic saga yet, but a few solid hours easily. A great early release, I recommend it. One word of warning. Some of my saves will not load. Also, saves aren't automatically carried over between versions.
If you're put off by any of the tagged fetishes, the more extreme stuff is mostly optional. Incest, rape and transformation can generally be avoided. Furry content can be dialed down but not completely avoided. You control how much is in random encounters. For scripted encounters, you can simply avoid sex, if that's your preference.
The sex system is very entertaining. You get to pick from a wide variety of actions just like in combat. What's really novel though is that your partner picks actions as well, keeping things fresh. However, it could get old over the course of a long game. Hopefully we'll see some unique encounters along with the generic style.
Combat seems to be a bit on the easy side. To be fair I play very cautiously, resting up and such. The crafting seems a bit overpowered. It seems possible to craft items that give full-heals pretty easily. However, I never tried one out in combat. By the time I was able to craft them, I never came very close to losing a match. Moving around is pretty easy, despite the large maps. Hopefully as more content is added the large maps will feel less empty.

Only during sex, not combat- bottom left corner, backpack icon. Swaps between menus for your clothes and enemy clothes.

Very interesting game. There is love in detail and a somewhat interesting story. Is it possible to fully transform into another race yet or is being a morph (torso area remains human etc.) the max?

I did it that way. I became a greater wolf boy, then i enchanted a package of Meat and Marrow with penis removal and then i consumed it. You do that over your inventory menu by clicking on the transformation item, choose enchant and then what you want to do. It should work with all the other transformation items. If you are still human it should work with a transform into a human item.

For 0.1.84, the removal of a penis/vagina was reverted back to adding a remove effect to a potion.

Looks like it's not in the game right now. I bought every available type of slave collar and encountered every race. I even tried to place the collar on the neck area in the enemies item window but it doesn't work. I also checked the fetish skills but i couldn't find a fitting one. Maybe it's the sadist fetish but imo that would be beating the shit out of someone and getting a boner from it.^^ Maybe the whole thing only works if you have high corruption stats and you get a new option while having sex with someone.
The wiki says nothing about that but almost every game wiki is outdated.

Yeah pretty sure you can't enslave others yet, as the "slave management" button says not implemented in the slave area where they'd be transported to. The only person the collar works on is yourself
Gives you a little quest to remove it if you haven't equipped other jinxed items previously.
