I am developing a game and have a few questions regarding licensing. I am in early story writing stage.

1. Do I need an interactive license for daz images to be used in renpy?
2. What about honey select and koikatsu ? Do i have to pay anything if i use honey select studio or koikatsu renders and the character cards i get online in my game?

No, you do not need anything if you are making IMAGES.
using 3D models to make images is considered 'transformative work' and you own full rights to any images you own.
the interactive license is for the 3D mesh so that you can use it in 3D games.
similar for HS or K, other than paying to get/use the program, any images you make are yours to own.
