Hero's Base is an element of "new game +" system and tied to your account. It will evolve all the time you play, and its progress is not reset, even if you start the game from scratch.
So the game requires an activation to work, but the game refuses to actually ever send said activation code to any email address despite saying it has done so.
Found your account with hotmail, most likely it threw the email into the spam folder. I activated your account.

Like you said... It's just a game. I had fun. I didn't get nearly as close to 100% as I was hoping but it kept me entertained. (Also, I enjoyed seeing a couple stills from 12 Monkeys.

Of course, 0.5% of people face problems with activation, as in any other service. Sometimes people just enter their email incorrectly, sometimes emails send to spam, or the activation link does not work at all. That is why after registration, it is written what to do if you are faced with this problem. But the post on the forum will not help anyway.

with my gold account i can use the cheats right now....but as much i tried it (now for the third time) i´m not able to reach the 100%.
today i stuck at day 100 with 82,3% and nothing to do.
questlist: 1 - 19 =100%, 21=100%, 20,22,23,24 dont know how they come and what they are...???
poker turnier is temporary closed after the poker round with that girl who let us try to steal the casino...
...what and how i can do anything else to go on with story?

You write about it several times, and have never turned to a support. The game always shows what to do next, either with signs on the map, or in the quest list (if this quest is already filled). If this doesn't work for you, then fill in the bugtracker.
Yes, several magazines were lost in time and space, during game updates) I will add them back in future updates so we can get an achievement on 25 items.

Pay2Cheat...thats not nice...and the IP ban Warning for Cheat Engine User is even worse...sorry, but i cant enjoy Games without cheatable Money...always being out of cash is to much like real life...
You can find the list of bonuses on Patreon or my website. But, donations at will, you can complete the game without it. Programs for modifying memory and saves do not work, this is written in the first post.
