Cant seem to trigger Anna ending even if i start from beginning and refuse everyone else... can someone list some critical decisions i need to make?

The two final episodes for this game are pretty disappointing.. and that's sad because game was pretty cool.
Haven't played it yet; since I got my ending on last update (wouldn't mind a bonus Harem ending though.)
Still; overall it's great that the dev finished the project, and gave the player choice about endings. (He could've killed half of the girls, as precedent shows.)
In the end it's a nice game.

With Anna you had to follow the nice guy/manly path, basically the opposite of Abigail who follows the jerk/manly path

I mean... it's pretty easy to follow:
This scene and other like it show up only if:
- Chose second option from walkthrough 1.6 – first image “I like you more than a friend”
- Chose second option from walkthrough 1.6 – image number 8 “Make it up to me”
These both are required for Rose’s endings.
Nice needs to be bigger or equal to 30 to access Rose’s Endings. (Past choices)
