what's dogmod?

As the girls gain resistance from you using the same serum in the same scene, it lowers their obedience. It can get to the point where they won't listen at all and you must wait several days or make Purple serums and LOSE slut score.
So, the dogmod destroys any resistance gain so you don't have to worry about that. It also adds developer console and console commands. It gifts you extra serum when making them, lowers their cost, RNG is more favorable, mom charges street whore prices, and it raises your income. Your starting money is higher, introduction is slightly altered, and cultural references are tossed in. An explanation of RNG changes and changes done to the script is added, too. Also, backup copies of the original is provided in case you'd like to change it back.

The dogmod is completely compatible with changes to "hub_scenes.rpy", "endings.rpy", "training_scenes.rpy", and "beach.rpy". If you want to keep dogmod benefits and get some ntr benefits, you can replace those files without fear.
BUT.. there are few lines in script.rpy and major_scenes.rpy about alexa's porn site and a few fantasies. The biggie is that are 5+ instances in the "minor_scenes.rpy" that talk about the girls having sex with other people.

Download and replace minor_scenes.rpy in Lab Rats /game directory

* With this mod Sister will be loyal to you
* Not start facebook conversations with other guys or send nudes.
* You will not find used lingerie.

Make a backup of the file before replacing it, in case something fails.

how much more content is there from v .12 to 1.0? Im asking because im playing 1.0 on android and dont know how to make the mod compatible for the apk, but ive found a v.12 with the mod already in it (seriously im beyomg greatful for Boom313) . I agree and didn't open the free use training for either the mother or sister.

By examining the file i'd say that it would only work for the 1st because it alters & deletes dialogues and trigger conditions. So, considering dialogue is this game specific, it wont work on the sequel.

Yes, it seems that the mod is out of date.

That error can be corrected if you edit the file
\game\minor_scenes.rpy
and change all the occurences of ".public" into ".exhib".

Or better just play without the mod?

PS. The last mod version is probably OK.
