You are on a roll, good sir. I dread the day you run out of games to upload. I hope it does not come soon.

Aw, darn. This game doesn't work with NTLEA. I get some kind of random Japanese letters Data/BasicData/SysDataBase.dat random Japanese letters error. Bummer.

Well, I fixed that issue. But whenever I run the game there's a dialogue box on the main menu saying something in Japanese and when I press Enter it just exits the game. Any advice?

Uh, that's weird, all of a sudden I'm getting that problem too. Give me some time and I'll fix it

On one hand, I'm glad it's not just on my end. On the other, now I'm worried about what's causing it. Hope you can fix it.

Okay, try going into task manager and go into details. Look for "Game.exe" and if its there, close it. It might be a ghost file problem

Nope. No Game.exe unless I'm running the game.

Are you still using NTLEA? Cause that text basically says, "It's impossible to play this game with this version"
Yes. But even if I start the game without it I still get the same dialogue box and pressing Enter exits the game. At least I assume it's the same dialogue. Text is invisible if I don't run the game in Jap locale.

Sorry, but other than this from ulmf "I just keep getting some error message at start an a Crash, does system locale need to be JP?

Yeah that was the problem."
I'm not really sure. I'm stumped

Ah well. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
I guess I'll try changing the system locale when I have the time. Sadly, this PC can't constantly be set on Japanese. And if that doesn't work then I guess I just wasn't meant to play this game. Shame. Looks good.

Thanks for this! Just a slight note though pon's lab is the blog and Sugarstar is the dev I believe. Same folks behind the island paradise game and working on a sequel.

If you don't want to keep changing your locale on your PC you should download MS AppLocale or the Locale Emulator from pooi.moe. It keeps your PC locale on whatever you want and gives you a right-click option to run things in jap locale. I actually have both installed, since some games work with MS AppLocale while others work better with Locale Emulator :)

And they work with this game? 'Cause I already have HF pAppLocale and NTLEA. The first doesn't work on Wolf games, but the second usually does. This one's the exception, I guess. I suppose I'll try out the two you suggested. Thanks.

EDIT: It seems pooi.moe's Locale Emulator works. Minus the random letters appearing at the start and end of every sentence. But that's not a big deal. I can deal with that as long as the game runs. Emulator works and it's easy to remove, so I don't have to leave it installed when I'm not using it. Thank you very much for your help.
