If go straight for V3 you will not be able to complete "event_2" (water plants in Jens room)
nor tigger "event_3" (Find Jen's ring)

forget V1 it's buggy

I cant make saves in game on chapter 2 of Jens dilemma they dont work at all you can play the game but without making a save.The save option is broken for chapter 2.

Continuing the gym scenes with Jen
Short gym scenes with Nadia
Additional scenes after Jen and Elaine in the hotel
The hotel scene with Elaine contains some bdsm, with a one different choice, that I didn't extend on purpose waiting for your feedback.

How to get Jenny to change job? I already have 200+ stats on her, already rented the room multiple times, already see Elaine talk to her in the living room at 18:00 but she still don't get a new job

Elaine need to talk to her about six times ,
you need to pay VERY close attention to them as the changes are very slight.
Also make sure you have finished ALL of Naida's events,
