Any one know how Jackerman was able to make such smooth penetration like below ? I mean the way vagina is deforming with every thrust, how he is doing that.

In the same way that the body joint and body xyz positions are animated (parameter value varied over time along the animation timeline), the morph parameters of the pussy can be varied over time. So perhaps he first animated the thrusting dick, then added varied morph setting values for the pussy lips/hole spread amount on the same timeline, so it looks like the dick is "pushing" the pussy open.

There's no magic soft-body functions that will automate this - it would be done slowly and carefully by painstaking manual adjustments.

Note that the above is true regardless of whether Jackerman is using Daz or Blender (or other animation software). They all (as far as I have used) have a timeline view showing how the various control values change over time.

anyone can do it just like Jackerman

it would take a lot of patience,time,skill,technique and even more patience

you will need to learn how to use the keyframe/timeline in daz3d or in blender and so on

i can't open the video but guess your problem is using morphs instead of shrinkwrapped torus. take a look at these
Yeah this. It's (most likely) not manually done frame by frame, but using a Torus to calculate softbody shinkwrap of a collision object. That info is then transferred to the actual female model. It mostly automata the process for you of the vagina opening and closing. You properly still need to do some manual fixing, but not frame by frame.

It's a very common thing to do for automating animations in general. You create a low mesh for a complex figure, use that to calculate physics and all, and copy that data to the complex mesh.
