Eg. Sexy Beach (3 and/or 0) games' protagonist is not a masseur, but applies sunblock (or other effects oil). Depending on his status with the girls you can also apply to more private regions or not, resp. try to anyways.

That part of gameplay was surprisingly fun to me.
