None.

Apple do not offer an (official) way to install apps on IOS outside of the store. Store that have a 0% tolerance policy regarding lewd content.
There's alternate way that permit to bypass the store, but none are trivial enough for devs to effectively care enough and provide an IOS version ; it would imply too much support just to explain how to install the app.

You’d have to download sideloadly. Connect your phone with your laptop, simply drag the .ipa file to sideloadly and it does the rest of the work

HTML games work on iOS, they only require an internet browser to play, so any device works.
