In which section can you share the process of creating a game?

I came across the section "Development >
Programming, Development & Art > Artwork" and the idea arose to share information about the game (own game locations, characters, plot, etc.), which my colleague and I are developing, but I’m not sure that “Artwork” is the right section for such a post.
Question: is there a suitable section on the Forum for such publications or can such a thing not be published anywhere at all?
