It's the developer's first chapter and I suspect as he learns more, things will improve. I do agree, many models look the same, she could use some toning, maybe worked into joining a gym and getting some private BBC instruction and toning up just a bit. It's a porn game, not WOW. If there are no branches or meaningful choices, then you must have better dialog/story and it doesn't appear English is your first language. Either you need to greatly improve the text (and story order a bit) to get people interested in the characters and what's going to happen next or provide them more opportunity to effect the story themselves.

Renders will sort themselves out over time, but be more careful of what you render and how you frame. Too much good stuff is being lost behind the text screen - try to keep the most relevant visual information in the top 2/3 of the frame. Overall, it's tough to figure out if screens are hooks for future choices or just unneeded transitions. If you build and improve the text, you will be fine, otherwise you have to create more visual interest to move forward.
