[Honey Select 2] Screen blacking out when using video export

Hi,
I am new to Honey Select 2 and Studio Neo 2. I just started using them. Also, my first time using any of the Illusion studios.
When I use the Video Export plugin in the studio, when I start recording, the screen completely blacks out. It only becomes normal after I stop recording using Ctrl+Shift+E. And then it starts rendering the video.
Can someone tell me why this is happening and how to stop this?
I want to try making my own game and decided to try using it, but this thing is causing a serious blow to my motivation.
Also, on a side note how to speed up the video rendering?

I have this same issue. Video rendering takes an hour for a 10 second clip, the rendering freezes constantly for 10 minutes at a time, screen goes black right after I start and I have to hit CTRL+SHIFT+E to get it to start rendering the video which seems wrong.

Honey Select 2: R12
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
Ram: 32gb 4100mhz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (8 GB)
