I am sure there is a way to make a patch for that game, it would just be more complicated and fanmade. aka probably a new script file changing dialogue.

He had depression and the story went in a direction he didn't like. He's got himself in a better place but doesn't like how Ethan's Legacy went so decided to start from scratch.

Holy shit he's back, Ethan's legacy was fun and his later game, about the 2 sister is also entertaining, too bad both are abandoned.

Well usually you only make a patch if the game is made as a family game and for some reason(Patreon) is made more PG, this isn't supposed to be a family game, his family is dead and thats why he quoted your post.
Making an incest patch would make no sense.

You seem to be misunderstanding.
Incest patches are designed for games with incest that have to change relationships for patreon. They already had incest and the patch restores that content.
There is no incest content here to replace, it would need a whole script rewrite.
This isn't Ethan's Legacy, that was the one with the incest.
