fair enough, I play for the slow burn so I like the "blue balling". I usually dislike it when LI are too quick to have lewds with the MC in other games. Only a small amount of LI in other games I like it when they move fast or somewhat fast depends on the context. It's why I usually avoid alot of side girls unless it's a manslut save. At least this one has a story reason behind the slowness which I do like. But I don't play for lewds either they are the least important thing for me.

So expecting that it will miraculously change into that is a severe fault of the one reviewing or commenting. Plenty of the content on F95 is story driven and proceeds at a slow burn. You cannot use that as a basis to trash something. It is being true to what it is. A romantic story (romance tag and everything) not a fuck fest.

O I agree it's quite clear from the start this isn't gonna be a quick fuck but a slow burn with a focus on story.
sadly I do see those kind of things mentioned in reviews from time to time. which makes me ignore their review and consider them invalid.

i did like the plot on this one the first time i've played it too but to come back and see they are still not giving us anything on the best girls is heartbreaking

At least soap operas have quirky events in them, you can laugh at soap operas.
But this has a very very serious tone. And that makes it funny for those of us who see how ridiculous the story is.
Feminist supermodel hires bodyguard . . . and nothing happens for a long, long time. But he dates the sister, is it the sister? And supermodel never finds out! Ridiculous . . . but always the serious, serious tone, as if this is a serious drama.
And Emma, for many, is obviously the best looking . . . and nothing! After years of development.
Anyone who points this out . . . is doing a service to the lurkers.
That said, I still like the game and play it. Mostly because Emma looks great, even though nothing happens with her, and because I find the story's serious tone funny. I don't think the developer sees that the story is funny . . . and that makes it even more funny to me.

Yes this game lacks the kind of sexual content you seem to be interested in, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have adult content. It has plenty of adult themes, like: rape, drugs, murder, sexual coercion, and PTSD, to name a few. Yes this is an adult games forum, and I would have to argue that this game fits the bill quite well, even if it isn't your typical adult game on this site.
The story has been in the works for years, yes, but that basically means nothing. First and foremost, The development time for a VN doesn't affect where the story is, only the developers vision for the story affects this. If this VN were released in full in a single release, would you have this complaint?

Emma i think it was clear from the beginning it was not a LI at all, It was clear from the start that this is not a every 5-10 mins sex scenes and as another member said above, i would argue with you if it deserves to be here or not. There are a lot of adult or better say mature themes in it, rape, violence, drugs just to name a few. I would consider this more on erotic thriller genre if it was a book or movie, even if not much happened in terms of erotism yet.
Either way,it's your opinion and I respect it, but try to look beyond the surface of this, and maybe your opinion will change.

Especially for games that want to portray some kind of psychologically realistic "slow burn", it's easy to get the impression that a game is "blue balling" the player.
I've learned from my time playing these games and from being on this site that these kinds of complaints generally need to be taken with a grain of salt, and that the ignore function (on to the list you go!) is a useful feature of the site.
Before you complain that the cake is inedible, maybe you ought to let it finish baking first.

i did the first time i played it but what i failed to mention is that negative themes such as those you mentioned bore me to death, i'm only here for positive games like all the ones i voted for and bookmarked, i only hoped they gave emma and the girls any erotic content by now, which as you said they probably never will so i'm not gonna come back to this a third time
Emma has been confirmed as a LI I forgot the order she will get a lewd scene id have to go back look what the dev said. Maybe it's best to just come back when the game is complete if you all you want to see is the lewds. Cause it's been pretty clear from the start it's a extreme slow burn to me.

i'm not sure what I like more in this game the story or the character building. But I do agree with you on how the sex scenes are not important in this game at all at least yet. ( they could end up being important from a character building point of view later, like when Charlotte sex scene does happen I can see that being important to her character building)

I understand what you mean and if it is not up your alley then do and play what makes you happy. We all have our own preferences and to be honest, as I said already, I play this game for the story, not for lewd content.
What I mean is that there are a lot of games that are almost in entirety sex and I can always go to them, if I feel the need, but for most of the time I prefer a good or decent story in place of that.
