Hi,

I'm pikolinian, I read this forum for some time, found a lot of nice games
but

I found somewhere, some time ago a game. Story was something about world with stolen colors, and girl (was she apainter?) have to save a world. I didn't play it actually, just unpack, seen artwork... and accidentally deleted I remember art was drawn, and there was scene of sex while she was in pillory... Not much, I know. Thank you for your help Is there better place to ask such question?

No idea about engine. Game has accessible pictures in directory (that is in JPG, PNG or similar formats).
