Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great day. I'm a lurker and a new developer, and I started learning programming in between my work shifts. I think I'm going to embark on my first project, so I came here asking for your wisdom. I wanted to do a visual novel with Renpay. Thankfully, phyton is easy to understand for my brain, so I have started writing down the story dialogs and programming them, but I am faced with a problem: my PC is an old potato and can't handle any of the software used to make renders or visuals for novels, so I looked into paying an artist to do so, but sadly, with my 2 jobs, I barely make ends meet, so I can't really do that, so I come asking if there are any free assets to use or anything to use as a place holder until I can afford an artist.
For those that will ask why I am not learning to draw myself, sadly, due to a medical condition, my hands are a little bit shaky, so it's really hard for me to draw or write on a piece of paper. Nothing serious.
