The game goes like this
Female Protag, Rpgm
You play as female mc, goes to a town and somehow got captured by some thugs, now Mc is imprisoned in some cave with other girls and have to serve some man by sucking their cock like glory hole, later Mc find a way to escape by arena (no fighting), Arena/Stage gangbang with lots of men and have to last etc. Basically (human cum dump).

Unfortunately its not Belial Red, The game is 2DCG / RPGM.
The setting is fantasy and i'm certain the heroine is Adult (not a fan of loli).
The game also center around single female protagonist and not 2 or more playable characters. As for the hair color, im not really sure since i might confuse it with other games since i play lot of H-game.

Idk this might be useful or not but, i play the game on android.
The game features travel between 2-4 area and one of the area have a castle/fort and in harbor
Another area is a village
If my memory is right, the game also doesn't have main objective but more to exploring on your own terms.

For the mc, there nothing that stand out.

The capture scenario is optional, I purposely lose the fight with the thugs expected to get raped but instead captured.
Yep im sure its RPGM, i never play VN or Renpy game.
VN game is just not my thing, watching long ass dialogue just to get 1 scene, I would've fall asleep by the time the heroine get some action.
The game is old but not that old i think considering its 2D and RPGM.
I think it might've been MTL and the game do have monster.

I never complete the game but probably around 8-12 Hours and yes it have inventory management .
There no stealth mechanic, in the imprisoned scene, the mc is imprisoned and have to complete daily task, basically just giving blowjob to thug and afterwards the thugs reward them with food.(Slavery)
The imprisoned scene is just one of the many scene, some scene including get rape by monster, Working in brothel, giving birth in town

I think that searching for 2+ years for a game is overkill. Maybe it isn't tagged correctly, you're misremembering or confounding some trait, or maybe it isn't here in the first place. I don't think I can help outside of what I already tried. Considering that the capture scenario is an optional route and that I don't remember specifics of such scenarios in the first place, it could be any number of games. Two immediately come to mind. One is Ambrosia, the other is Fumika Fantasy. Both games feature optional scenes, where upon defeat the heroine is imprisoned and various things are done to her. There are many more games with such scenarios, that much I'm sure of.

I recommend that you try doing multiple searches, at first with as many tags as possible, and if not presented with the desired result, slowly removing some in case it wasn't properly tagged, until you hopefully find it. Here's only 2 pages with the tags: feMC, slave, monster, pregnancy, and rape. Excluding only VN and not including JP game or completed status because it could've been a western fan made game in RPGM.
