Request Ren'Py Help Creating a Stats Menu

Hey,

Does anybody know of any good tutorials for creating a stats screen in RenPy?

I've got some stats hidden in the game, but I'd like to have a menu which you could open (preferably as a phone) and see who you have met along with displaying the points you have accrued thus far.

The only stuff I've found so far is on a RenPy website with a giant warning at the top that it's out of date :/

It's from February 2015. But it use the "Show" action instead of the classical "call_in_new_context" seen in all the other tutorials on the subject, so it's the most up to date I know and the one to follow.
