I have the same problem here, sometimes when I download it again, the problem is solved by itself, sometimes not. Something that I see is that it is using the "/" instead of "\", don't know if it changes anything tho.

Wolf has problems with long file addresses, and non standard English (or Japanese without Japanese locale) characters. And it also wants to be on the c: drive usually.
So with ssttyy and Imouto Life it's probably the Russian characters in the user name that's causing the error. Also 1.3 is a pretty old version of the game, 2.0.1 is in the game thread.

Worked for me, I simply replaced the Japanese characters by some english character ! Thank you
