Looking for games that focus on the MC having a harem of girls that he shares with other men. I really like Secret Care Cafe and Solvalley School for this. I'm fine with games where the MC prostitutes the girls out, like in Welcome to Erosland, but not into anything with rape. Thanks.

The Akubar games are pretty good for this. Witch Trainer (I recommend witch trainer silver mod) and Princess Trainer.
Star Channel 34 has some of it as well, but most of those scene lines never got finished before he started working on his new game.

Between Worlds is definitely netorase but the harem would only have 3 girls.
