Yes,the title screen...I have latest version I believe,I just downloaded it today...I was using the cheat mods also,so maybe it a conflict,I am re-trying now with out them.

Are you sure you installed the mod in the right folder?

And what is your game version? It hasn't been updated for the beta version of the game so are you playing v0.3.5 or the v0.4 alpha/beta?
