I can see how much sense your comment about "one dude many accounts" makes sense, as I've once played an MMO based off Games of Thrones of which one guy made a legion of alt. accounts and spent thousands on each to power level them for the sole purpose of trolling all the other players from their hard-earned progress until enough people complained to get all of them transferred out of the world we were in to stop his toxic presence. That's quite the age for great Nan to become pregnant. Given the protagonist's potent sperm (and that he most likely impregnated Ophelia last time, and she also revealed was a test subject for Priya's treatment), that wouldn't be an entirely far-fetched scenario happening in a future update.
