Just remember that the rels.rpy script resets your relationships so you'll have to either modify it, remove it from the update (after checking that nothing's been added to it) or apply the patch again.

same. i have played like 2 games in total where the sound was on point. in most of the cases they just sound artificial and don´t fit the scene at all. suggestion: If you wanna listen to moans that bad, just let a porn run in the background xD
