Edit: Apparently, even though it is a red option, you don't need any bad points at all. The important part seems to be the incest porn. And of course Ashley has to be a good girl in general and always support her dad.

On my good Ash path I actually have 31good points & 0 bad point and I still have the red option to kiss him while in the bed. I'm not sure if it's a bug but I'd think it might instead come from an earlier choice you make when you watch porn and can pick between interacial, hardcore or incest porn. Im pretty sure I picked up the incest choice while playing on this path.

As you mention the gang path: I found when Ash is offered to join the drug gang, however there was no option she could say she would join (only"not interested"). I looked it up in the script: when she says yes, she takes drugs once more followed by a threesome and then she starts a career as a drug dealer. Also Eva may be involved. Problem was I couldn't find a way in the game to open up the full scene, can anyone describe how to get there?
I'm afraid we need detailed walkthroughs for each path to see them all.

I got it in bad Ash route. She's Wilson's bitch. Perhaps the path to steal the weird dude from the past version must also be followed. I know I made Ash take part on stealing that guy's money.
