The scene guide doesn't have an Eri10 though? And for Eri7 I did both "Tell Eric about Jasmin" and "Cum thinking about me fucking other guys", either of which should trigger the fail right?

Ok, my bad. The scene guide in the OP isn't current... I'm still a little confused though. Is that Eri7 section divided into Pass conditions and Fail conditions, or are both paragraphs about passing the check?
i.e. If I agreed to be honest with Eric am I locked out from getting New Eric? Or can I be honest and kinky in order to fail Eri7?

Its a list of things you have to do to get the scene.
The whole second paragraph is divided by an single line or. You either have to do whats over it or under it. The part over it is when you trigger Eri7 in the first cam session, the (complicated) part below is when you trigger it in the second cam session.
The simplest way to fail Eri7 is not to take one of the red choices while the cam sessions.

Thanks. I'll try the cam session 2 way, since that's where my save is now. Can I also ensure that Eri7 fails right at the beginning by telling Eric "I will wait for you"? ... Like I said, I'm going for the best Good Girl playthrough I can manage while still getting New Eric.

DasKapitan has it right, there are some Femdom elements in the game but they're not really a feature.
Some game devs add in tags for elements that only appear briefly in the game as a way to warn away people who would want to avoid that sort of stuff (no matter how small)
