at the moment I have not inserted "heavy" fetishes but in this version 0.0.2 I have inserted for example the possibility during a video of a blowjob scene whether to change """duck face""" mode EXTRA or remain in BASE

I'll probably do the same:
when the whole event is centered around a "full kink event" (as a lesbian) I will probably let the user choose whether to skip it or not, if the kink is just a small part or version of an event I will allow the user to change it mode with an on/off mode

I will follow your advice to ask the user if he wants to see the whole event (in case of kink event) and I will try to be more specific in the scroll buttons

I think I'll keep doing as I am now. Where possible, events will have a "basic" option and an "extra" one where a kink will be highlighted. Of course, these options won't affect the plot.
In next version i'll highlight the type of fetish/kink that can be activated.

As for events "related to the plot," the only kink definitely present is that of "lesbian" or "threesome" because, for the plot, there's a girl in the "harem" who is initially in love with another.
I'm not sure if it makes sense to allow those scenes to be skipped, in the end it's only "lesbian" and "threesome"
they are more categories than kink ahah
and the others fetish/kink isnt involved in "plot event" (maybe preggo in future but ill think will be in version 9.9.22)

Ok, so if I understand correctly, this is going to be something like a KN (kinetic novel) with only some choices to vary the type of scenes, but these do not affect the plot itself or personalities of the characters, for example let's say that in In a scene the player can choose to be more affectionate with a Li (by choosing "basic") or be more dominant (by choosing "extra"), but either of them has no effect on the plot?

Yep, it's a linear visual novel with a plot not influenced by choice. The choices will affect the events but not the plot. For example, in an event, you can choose to be gentle (basic) or be more rough (extra), but it won't affect the plot.

Honestly, for events "plot-related events" like when female character X has sex with female character Y along with the protagonist, the visuals can be skipped (not in this version, but after some feedback probably i will insert the skippable button), but in the subsequent dialogues, it will be implied and will influence the plot.

I guess you could do that, if you do a disclaimer that the event still happens whether you skip or not. Otherwise, since it involves the main girls and the MC and is going to be a recurring theme( I assume) AND plot relevant, I dont think you need to. Its not overly violent or unsettling.
