I would like to be more specific on the NTR/voyeurism genre, I would prefer that the MC doesn't know that he is getting NTRed, in his POV, it's just some random girl, and not his love interest. Or peeping and not knowing that there is something else going on with his love interest (getting fucked without him knowing is an example)
I'll be giving examples on what I consider in this genre:
SAO: The Trap of Breath Concealed Magic (part 1 Complete, part 2 In Development) - basically in part 1, Kirito doesn't know what's happening with Asuna and Inoda. There's also a scene where I really liked is when Asuna is helping Inoda clean up his wounds in the infirmary, Kirito suspecting Asuna is cheating on him, opening the curtains and revealing that Asuna is just cleaning up Inoda's wounds. Kirito lets out a breath of relief, checking again on the closed curtains show that Asuna is now stroking Inoda's cock (but Kirito doesn't know that), and deciding he shouldn't interrupt them anymore.
Chainsaw Man: Hot Spring Travel (Complete) - I'm not really sure if it counts as NTR, but I really liked the voyeuristic nature of this game. MC doesn't know the girls are getting fucked behind his back. He sees someone getting fucked, but he doesn't know that it is his colleagues.
Henteria Chronicles Chapter 2: The Law of the Tribe (Complete) - Have not gotten through the game fully, but it fits the criteria.
Marnie Game by wjs07 (In Development) - You play as a trainer in which you have a Machamp that does not listen to you, you go out and train while Marnie takes care of the Machamp for you. After your training you can check the back of your home to peek at Machamp and Marnie's shenanigans.
Games that's pretty close as described:
The Rural Homecoming 2 (Complete) - Specifically, the uncle route. MC doesn't know that his wife is getting fucked behind his back, there's only a handful of scenes in which he sees his wife getting fucked in a voyeuristic way, while he's asleep, and looking at his uncle's room, he doesn't know that the sillhouette is his wife. He eventually discovers his wife's infidelity in the end.
The Queen Who Adopted a Goblin (Complete) - It's not his love interest, but on the son's POV. Whenever he peeps on his mother, he would just see glimpses of his mother, not knowing that she's getting it behind the scenes. He does eventually discover his mother's actions in the end.
Demon Hunter (In Development) - Kinda similar to SAO, you are a student that plays a VR game in which your GF slowly gets stolen from you. Not a lot of content from GF NTR and voyeurism content is still lacking, looking forward to the battle grope mechanics though.
Netoria Tactics: Revolution (Complete) - Good game, a lot of behind the scenes sex but only close enough as it doesn't have a voyeurism mechanic. It goes in the list because you have an option of keeping NTR a secret.
