Seeking Game on "paradise island"

Hello. There was a game which I've completely forgot the name of.
Basically MC (man) is on an island with many girls, can romance them but also can abuse them (i can remember that you can trick girls to consume muscle relaxant). I also remember a fishing minigame (I've used it to grind money i think, so it is probably pretty grindy one, and sandbox?) and you can build huts on the island. Definitely not 3DCG. Overall the game had lighthearted theme (happy tunes, romancing girls, paradise island)
I don't know what was the engine, but for sure it wasn't Ren'Py. Might be some RPG Maker, but heavily modified? Most likely Japanese game, but it had good English translation.

Also, game was completed.

No, it's definitely different game.
Graphics were better, and there wasn't a "island view", you were always controlling character, like in stardew valley.

There are lots of puzzles and a fishing mini-game to earn money. At some point you can also build two huts for the girls.

Maybe there was a resort on the island? It definitely wasn't deserted one (also i'm only like 80% sure it was on actual island...)
