You need to enable developer mode to edit variables. There are also some programs that allow you to modify values more easily.
But my advice.. If you're only wanting to enable dev mode because you need money ingame - version 2.1 has an option to disable money alltogether if you don't like farming it yourself

No idea what causes it to not show up but I found a solution which was to enable it using 0x52's URM mod. Just search for the QT variable and enable it. It's working fine and hasn't broken anything... yet.

I was legit raging throughout this scene but the satisfaction after winning the fight makes it worth it.

Did you use one of the half dozen search platforms to look them up? Try doing that, if you can't figure that out, I can give you the answers

I can see why the Dev decided to include paywalled content, it's a good incentive for patrons. It doesn't seem like it'll be a massive addition, but it's definitely very exciting
