Following a corruption/downfall of a faction storyline.

I'm working sometimes in my free time on a RPGM MV project that's about a corruption and possible downfall of a good faction as they find themselves forced into uniting with other factions, including an "evil" faction (Goblins/furries (undecided atm)) that has very big issues that the good faction dislikes (Slavery, bigotry, shameless about their rape and more) but yet the most powerful leader and fighting force aside from the good faction (which means that they can't just get rid off them), against a far more nefarious force (Necromancy).

I wanted to ask here on this site, what you guys feel is the best option/concept to follow for such a game.

I believe the 1st option is generally the best since, no matter your intentions, you can get the best results

It can be a rags to riches story as the game starts AT the point you lose everything, and now you work towards getting back your faction or whatever.
Though, given the premisse, i'll assume your intention is a game made for masochists who get off to losing and getting cucked, and in that case, the premise works the same.
Instead of winning, you just lose over and over, and by the end of the game, you've become a sissy/cuck/villan or all of the above equal if not worse than the guys you were fighting.

I would say that it's supposed to be a bit depressing since it's about a faction falling into depravity and submission before then being conquered by their enemies yet at the same time, supposed allies.

"A bit depressing" and "adult/porn game" aren't the best possible combination.

Of course, there will be players, but between those who only play to fap, and will be turned off by the depressing part, and those who play for pure entertainment, and will not find depression to be this entertaining, it limits the public.

It's probably the reason why I said that it's not the "best possible combination", and not that it's something to avoid, while saying that the public is limited, and not none existing.

Kind of like Ankoman without the unneeded implication of gore, NTRPG 2 or like Hime Kishi Tame. As in the the sex, mind control, rape and slavery stuff is going to be portrayed as somewhat silly and very erotic.

But of course that won't be easy, gaining lots of power never is after all. And the competition in your own faction naturally ain't just gonna sit on their asses and let you do it, either.
Then when you sort your own faction out, you'll deal with the rest of the world and enemy factions~

Well, something along those lines. You can surely modify this if you got those creative juices in you. Hehe.

I've never played a porn game from the perspective of a guy/girl who isn't majorly prominent or important in some way. Playing as just some grunt would be actually unique and therefore interesting.

The top 2 have been done and done again in various media so you'll get lost in the crowd without outstanding execution.

The changed hero one has also been done a whole bunch but probably remains popular due to the power fantasy aspect of it. Still, it's fairly out of sync with your other, cuckier sounding concepts.

That's true but that choice would have more focus on loss and being pushed away than the other 3.
