This is my attempt to give everyone who is new or even been here a while, a guide to F95Zone. This may be a duplicate to the FAQ but for whatever reason no reads it. Some of you may have had the chance to meet the mean side of me, fun side or the same with other staff.

If you have questions that may not be listed here or in the . Please ask in the appropriate forum.

Also here are

Can I upload X game?
- Yes you can. Just follow the template given here ( / ) and make a post in the appropriate request section. Afterwards, just sit tight. If its not moved within 24 hours, message a staff member, moderator or uploader.

How do I get Developer Tag?
- You must have a demo or at least 1 version of your game available to share on here or wherever you can get it (Patreon, DLSite, MangaGamer, etc). You will need to submit a support ticket showing proof you are the developer. Proof can be in the form of a screenshot of you editing your patreon page, you working on the game (Daz, Renpy, etc), etc

How can I get uploader?
- Please refer to this

Why can't I edit my reply?
- We have had a lot of abuse and now after 15 minutes, you will no longer be able to edit it. If an edit is needed, you can always post again but clearly stated that its a correction or addition to your above post. Mods or staff will see it and merge them or correct it. Please do not abuse the ticket system or report button because you want to update a post.

In addition to this, if you uploaded a game and there is an update. Just reply to the thread with the download link and change log. Uploaders, mods and staff are typically watching new posts. If its not updated within 24 hours, you can report it to give us a heads up. As we are always busy with something.

Posting Reviews
- Please make sure you have a legitimate review to post in the review section. No bashing or personal attacks on anyone. Also do not use any type of filler, like tons of periods, lets, etc to meet the character minimum.

How to avoid getting a warning or post deleted
- I know this is someone hard to come by but use common sense. If someone is clearly baiting, trolling, etc. Do not join in the conversation and be a user mod. Engaging in these conversations and continuing them, is just as bad as starting it. We as staff look upon this as both or all users involved as equal, regardless of who was right or wrong. If you see an argument going on or something that is completely pointless and does contribute to the discussion. Use the report button, we will then take care of from there. But please do not abuse the report button because your feelings were hurt or a game was changed. We have . If you are game dev and your game is on here but don't like it, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Avoiding pointless discussions
- Please be sure to always read the OP (Original Post aka 1st Post) before replying. We will usually update it with important info, like walkthroughs, saves, etc. If there is not one available, please use the search function. This will help save you a headache and others as well.

Searching within a thread (Thanks @TCMS)
You must be registered to see images

NTR - General Definition
- Since this comes up so much in discussions. Regardless of someone thinks NTR, this is our definition.
Japanese acronym for , used to define a genre of Eroge (Hentai Game), meaning " ". In short, the main protagonist's loved one(s) are taken or seduced away from him and the heroine might be willing or unwilling. This is to cause an emotion of deep jealousy on the reader.
If a game has this in it and it is not properly tagged as such or listed in its Genre section of the OP. Please don't be that guy and be the asshole to start a debate or argument on it. Report the thread and state that it needs the NTR tag.

Now if you don't like this fetish or other certain fetishes in general, don't post. Don't start those conversations or bait someone. Be the adult and avoid the game.

How to quote multiple posts
- One of my biggest pet peeves on here, is users posting multiple times. This is considered spam. We have a This will help save you from me or getting reports against you for spamming.

I will leave this open for questions. Dont turn this into a shit show.

I was told on the f95zone discord server to report the op with the note "Update" to get the attention of a moderator because they "couldn't check all new posts" which is alright and makes perfect sense. It also worked all the time if I did it like this.
Question: Does it mean I did it wrong the whole time now and should stop doing it? Don't want to annoy you guys if you check on the threads anyway without me reporting it :)

That "No Editing of Message After 15 Minutes" rule doesn't sound a good one for someone who isn't a native user of First International. I usually find out that my message somehow sucks, order of or choice of words isn't right, prepositions are wrong or missing, or I have expressed myself in unclear or misguiding way, and it needs some editing, sometimes even after 15 minutes.
How that editing have been abused? Editing a message in some argument or what? If someone have abused that option it shouldn't cause a punishment for someone who tries to keep facts and words straight and number of messages in lowest possible. Which is simply achieved by editing fucked up messages, not posting more to correct. (And that also makes me sound much less stupid as mistakes are removed or corrected soon after, not left to rot and stink in thread forever everyone to see :D ;)...)
Threads may (will, I think) become Chat-like, full of short correction messages because of this rule. So could you reconsider that rule? Punish abusers not users.

How that editing have been abused?
Since we allow anyone to share a game, we allow them to post the game or comic. Afterwards if that user decides to change something or delete it entirely, they can edit it. To prevent this, its been set to not allow editing after 15 minutes. Its not something that is flexible to only disable it for specific users.

Isn't it possible to set that original post which shares a game or comic uneditable/undeletable? As a rule of sharing it have to be posted as a new thread. And it will be moved or merged if needed. Which will allow other messages' editing. Or have I misunderstood something? At least in those few Feature Requests I made I don't see option of Delete...

I believe its a limitation of XF as we cant just disable pertaining to certain sections. I dont know the complete details, as our sysadmin and owner would know.

This is a guide of making the staff not angry.

If you want to make them happy, you can donate them by paying their monthly Discord and Spotify premium account.
Or ask their Paypal and donate $100 per month. I'm sure they will give you 'Super Donor User' tag for this.

There is only one donor tag. My spotify is provided through work, so I dont pay for it. As for discord, all of use opt to pay for Nitro if we want. Its not required.

Question, would it be against the ToS to post renders in this forum using (looks physically underage) copulating with a MILF?

It’s under our site rules. Rule 7 covers what you are asking.
So it's all good since ICSTOR consistently uses the same asset in all of its games and suffers no repercussions when posting in these forums? I need a blessing from a mod.

As long as the model is aged a little more in his games, its fine but the asset itself is not.

I realy love this thread and have a great deal of respect for the moderators of F95zone.com because other forums do not explain any of these things and get pissy and lose 99% of all newbies to permabans before they could even learn what was happening because the mods get triggered really really hard for simple misunderstandings. Also the mods here are 100% right. If you notice trolling taking place even small amounts of it, do not reply or respond in any way. Just report the trolls and add them to your ignore list instantly without any hesitation. The modators here must be extremely experienced and have seen this many times before which is a very good thing.
