Did you sent a ticket?
the alert you posted asks you to send them a ticket, not a report.
I had gotten it a few times and every time i sent a ticket and was able to resolve it.
a ticket lets you have a conversation with the mods instead of just sending them a one time report
at top left of the page it says "tickets". use that
