You don't need cheats because all action can be done with less that 50 points each and the actions will not trigger until you do the action to trigger them.
Most action only need 35 points to trigger but you still need to do an action before the next action will trigger.
to get maria to start working with you you must flirt with her 5 times (1 week) in the cafeteria at lunch. the rest you just have to get to 10-25 points for the most part for everything to trigger really. the numbers are there as more a distraction than you think

For some reason no matter how many times i do the date with maria and dana i can't meet jessica, don't know if it's bugged or something

They don't really work because you have to do the action that gives the points and you only need a max of 50 points in any of them for the game to be able to be completed.

Each girl only needs between 25 to 50 points and doing the action to get there is well over 75 points but you must do the actions to have the story progress.
For Maria you must flirt with her 5 times before she will take you out for lunch even if you cheated 10 points you still have to flirt with her 5 times.

This is done but may get some polishing to the story and or screen/scenes is all but it is done.
