Does anyone actually play these games? If so, what are they like?

I'm talking about those VN/VR type games that all look exactly the same that absolutely clog the adult game feed on steam and here.
It's hard to define exactly what I'm talking about but you'll absolutely know them when you see them. The titles are always super short and go something like;
SEX house
PUSSY college
robotic future INTERCOURSE
lonely nurse BOOBS

I have yet to play a single one of these, or see anyone who has. Anyone here ever actually played one of them start to finish who can tell me if they're different from eachother or if they're just NSFW shovelware slop?
